Chat show queen Oprah Winfrey has been named the world's most powerful celebrity for the second year running by Forbes magazine. The survey conducted by the magazine is based on celebrities income over the past 12 months as well as web searches, press clippings, broadcast mentions and major magazine covers devoted to said celeb. According to Forbes, 54-year-old Winfrey earned $275m between June 2007 and June 2008.
