Kirsten Dunst has obtained a restraining order against a man who showed up at her Hollywood home. Kirsten’s assistant performed a citizen's arrest on the man who bypassed security and showed up at her home but thankfully the actress was not there at the time.

Documents supporting the order show that state police have found the man, named Christopher Smith, at Kirsten's home several times in recent weeks and the actress wrote she is "quite frightened" of him, even though she has never met him. Smith is due in court later this month on a trespassing charge, while the restraining order could be extended on December 22.
