MOST HAUNTED LIVE/WOMAN IN BLACK COMPETITION

1. The MOST HAUNTED LIVE JAN 09 - WOMAN IN BLACK competition (“Competition”) is open on 9th January 2009 until midnight on 23rd January 2009 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Virgin Media Television Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA (“Virgin Media Television”) found at URL: www.livingtv.co.uk.

2. The Competition is open to all UK and Eire residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Virgin Media Television or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Players”).

3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Virgin Media Television.

4. You may enter the Competition by entering your personal details (i.e. name, address, telephone number and email address) and sending your entry via the website: www.mosthauntedlive.net. In addition from 12:00 on 9th January 2009 until midnight on 23rd January 2009 you will be able to enter this Competition by sending your entry via the website: www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions/MHL-09.php.

5. Players must correctly answer the following question: ‘Our first live transmission from abroad, Most Haunted Live Transylvania, was based in which European country?

A: Germany
B: Romania
C: Spain

6. Correct entries will go forward to a draw. There will be 1 (one) winning entry which will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (“Winner”) and 10 (ten) runners-up which will be the next 10 (ten) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (“Runners-Up”). The decision by Virgin Media Television as to the determination of the Winner and Runners-up shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Virgin Media Television accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry via phone or ETV is not proof of entry, nor does it constitute receipt. All entries must be received by Virgin Media Television by midnight on 23rd January 2009 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

8. The Prize:

(i) The Winner will receive:

1 lucky winner will receive:

• A pair of top price tickets to The Woman In Black in London’s West End
• Two nights stay in a central London Radisson Hotel with dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The stay will also include breakfast
• The theatre & hotel package must be taken between February 1st 2009 - April 30th 2009 subject to availability
• Priority seating at the next UK Most Haunted Live show
• A copy of Most Haunted series 10 on DVD

10 lucky runners up will receive:

• Tickets to the next UK Most Haunted Live show
• A copy of Most Haunted series 10 on DVD
(ii) The Runners-Up will each receive:
• 1 (One) pair of tickets with priority seating at the next UK based Most Haunted Live. Travel and accommodation are not included as part of this prize
• 1 (one) x copy of Most Haunted Series 10 on DVD
Proof of age will be required before the Prize can be given. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Virgin Media Television is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

9. The Winner and Runners-Up may be announced on the website: www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions and/or www.mosthauntedlive.net and/or on-air. The Winner and Runners-Up will then be contacted by telephone within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Competition Period. In the event that a Winner or Runner-Up fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 (three) days of receiving notification, then Virgin Media Television reserves the right to substitute them with another Player of its choice.

10. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Virgin Media Television may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

11. The name and county of the Winner and Runners-Up can be obtained by writing to Virgin Media Television at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, or by visiting the website www.livingtv.co.uk/competitions.

12. The Winner and Runners-Up agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Virgin Media Television. The Winner and Runners-Up agree to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 11 above.

13. The details that you provide in connection with the Competition will be held by Virgin Media Television. Your name, address, location, email address and other relevant information you provide will only be used by Virgin Media Television for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Competition and Prize draw and to arrange the Prize unless you consent otherwise. Other information provided will be aggregated in the form of statistics to identify trends and your name will remain anonymous.

14. As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Virgin Media Television excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.

15. Virgin Media Television reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
