Yes, I do. Although eight performances a week was hard to do in the first place! It's a real shock to the system but I've been doing it a month, it's second nature now really and you get plenty of exercise doing eight shows a week. I do look after myself, I do a few sit-ups, press-ups and pull-ups and stuff. I used to go to the gym but don't really do that any more. As for keeping the voice in good condition, I warm up before the show. And I make sure I get plenty of sleep. I think that's the key, lots of sleep.
And I eat well. I eat what I like and when I want, but I don't eat badly any more anyway. I feel much better, and nicer, when I eat healthily. I eat a lot of sushi, but on the odd occasion I go to the pub and eat pizza. You cna't be too strict on yourself, you have to have a nice time at the end of the day. Food makes me happy.
How would you define beauty?I think beauty comes from within. Personality, for me, is beauty. Although obviously if you look nice, that's cool too!

I like to sit in the sunshine and get a little bit of a tan, and I like to use moisturiser. And keep myself smelling good, I like aftershave and deodorant – and so many don't, especially on the tube! Sweat-stained and smelly: that's not a good look.
How do you relax? You're on such a high after the show it can be difficult, but we'll often go over to the pub after the show, and have a quick Coca-Cola and just wind down before you get in the car and go home. I go home, watch a bit of Family Guy, have a cup of tea and fall asleep.
What's your guilty unhealty pleasure?Domino's pizza. I can't get enough of it. Mighty Meaty Double Decadence, large, with a side order of wedges. I've ordered that a few times. And extra sausage and salami. And crisps are a big, big, big factor. I prefer them to chocolate. Monster Munch. Any flavour Monster Munch. Frazzles, Squares, those little bacon things... Old school snacks, those are my thing.
What's the biggest sacrifice you've made in the name of health or beauty? For a long period of time I did stop eating white bread. If you eat wholemeal, you don't get bloated as much and it's easier to digest. But I've never been one to give chocolate up for Lent. I've never really done anything for Lent! I like to live life to the full. I'm not really a chocoholic anyway, though I love Nutella. I can't eat a full chocolate bar these days and feel good about it. I'll have a bite and that's enough for me, really. If you're going to snack, anything under 10g of fat is fine, I reckon.
Do you believe in male cosmetics?Yes, definitely.
What three grooming items couldn't you live without?I wear moisturiser but I tend to use aftersun, I use Nivea. It's a bit nicer on the skin. It sounds weird, I know, but it's cooler. It's not as thick, it's easier to put on. I find with moisturiser, that proper, thick moisturiser, when I sweat it comes out. Aftersun sinks in more. I can't live without Nivea. And my wax, I need that for my hair. And deodorant and aftershave. Again, I'm old school. My two favourites, which have always been my favourites, are Cool Water and Blue Jeans. I like clean, fresh smells. I don't really like them to be too sweet or bitter, I like cool, clean smells.
