Living is the home of great shows such as Britain's Next Top Model, Grey's Anatomy, Most Haunted, Criminal Minds and many more. But is there anything we're missing, anything we could do differently? We think that Living viewers are the perfect people to shape and inform what kind of TV gets made & that's why we're asking for your help to come and join our viewer panel 'Inside the Box'.
'Inside the Box' is not about jotting down all your opinions, then ignoring them! Your opinions are really valuable to us and we’ll use them to make great TV.
You will receive regular e-mail invites with links to online questionnaires. It's always up to you whether you want to take part. Registration couldn't be simpler:

- Fill in the first survey about you, the TV channels & programmes you like to watch (none of the information you give us will be shared with anyone else)
- Your online 'Inside the Box' account will be credited with £1 to get you started
- And you’ll be entered into our prize draw bonanza to win an 8Gb iPod touch, a 4Gb iPod Nano, a Nintendo Wii or a 7 megapixel Olympus digital camera!
What's in it for you?
As one of our TV insiders, you’ll be able to tell us what you think about telly. And to compensate you for your time, you will either earn a reward when you complete a survey or you will get entered into a prize draw to win great prizes like iPods, digital cameras, home cinema systems, Amazon vouchers etc.
When you earn a reward, these will be paid into an online ‘Inside the Box’ account, and when you have earned £5 or more you can cash them in for Amazon or HMV vouchers.
And as a TV insider you will also get sneak previews of brand new shows and promos.
