Tara - Bebo Strike A Pose Winner

I'm Tara, I'm 18. I'm half German half Scottish, which means I'm fluent in both German and English but I would like to learn Spanish and French someday. I live in a flat in Edinburgh with my mum. I love music, languages, travelling and shopping when I have the money too!

Favourite TV show
When I'm watching TV I obviously like to watch Britain’s Next Top Model! Also Gok's Fashion Fix, Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and I think Family Guy is hilarious.

I occasionally watch America's Next Top Model, Tyra is so funny and direct and when I'm in Germany, Germany's Next Top Model with the legendary Heidi Klum.

Favourite film
My favourite film would have to be Almost Famous produced by Cameron Crowe. It's an amazing film set in the 70's (my favourite era) about a young kid who goes on tour with a band as a reporter for Rolling Stones magazine, it includes lots of my favourite songs and reminds me of my time on the road.

Have you always wanted to be a model?
My mum was a model for a while when I was a kid which made me want to be one, although as a young child I didnt think I was pretty enough to become a model. For a while I wasn't sure but now have decided to chase my initial dream.

Who's your favourite celeb model?
Twiggy's older shots are amazing (I have one on my bedroom wall) but my favourite model would have to be Heidi Klum.

Favourite shops
I like to combine styles, vintage is always awesome and Topshop and River Island have had some great collections recently.

Favourite wardrobe item I absolutely adore this new pair of grey pleated Hareem trousers from Topshop I bought last week. They are so comfy and look great with high heels or sandals.

Favourite Britain's Next Top Model moment
The Nordic Queen photo shoot was excellent I was so jealous when I seen that episode, Hayley looked gorgeous. Also when Ashley from Edinburgh went crazy at Viola and Mecia I just remember laughing with my friends for ages about that. The Scottish really comes out in people when they get angry I guess.

Who do you want to win Britain's Next Top Model?
Even though I should say Ashley and stick to my roots but Jade is so beautiful and has a really nice personality. I just think she needs to realise how pretty she is...still the best of luck to all the girls in the running to become Britain's Next Top Model.
