Expert Amelia Watts recommends giving your bottom a boost by adding hip extensions into your routine: "Lie on your back on the floor with your legs bent and your feet on the ground. Drawing your belly in towards your lower back, slowly lift your bottom off the floor until your body forms a straight line between your shoulders and your knees. Hold the pose, then lower towards the ground and repeat."
Still full of energy? Why not give your inner thighs a workout at the same time: "Hold a cushion between your knees and squeeze whilst doing the hip extension."
